OverviewThe EMEA Regulatory Specialist supports the needs of the Business and the ability of Univar Solutions to grow and succeed by creating a competitive advantage through the Regulatory Affairs department.This position fits into the context of an existing Global team.ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and accurate answers to customer regulatory enquiries: documentation, questionnaire, platformEnsure that the EMEA Regulatory processes are followed and comply with KPI'sManage internal exchanges (Marketing, Sales, Shared services) and external interactions (customers, suppliers, external partners) to find a win / win solution for Univar and customersCollect and approve Regulatory statements & certificates from suppliersCreate and maintain product Regulatory sheets on Univar format if necessaryEnsure that supplier data are uploaded or updated in VEEVARun the business: drive Regulatory KPI's to support the businessChange the culture: share transparent performance reportsIncrease the Global approach opening communication and collaboration with other Regions than EuropeGrow the business: share best practices and regulatory knowledgeEnsure a good collaboration / cooperation with Regulatory ExpertsAsk support on best practices, technical support, processes to follow and selection of contactsShare updates to maintain excellent communication between both groups Experts & SpecialistsQualifications & SkillsDegree in Pharmacy or in the chemical field + preferably a master specialization in Personal Care – Cosmetics sector.Regulatory Knowledge (European Regulations)Experience in Regulatory or Quality matters if possibleExcellent communication skills and ability to explain in technical terms at an adequate levelStrong goal-oriented orientationStrong motivation, desire to get involved, curiosity, enthusiasm, open-mindednessEnglish compulsory, another European language if possibleAbility to work in a local and international contextDemonstrate a deep understanding of Univar's business actions and organizational levers that drive profitable growth.Use appropriate interpersonal style and communication methods to gain influence and build relationshipsEnsure that the customer and supplier perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.Effectively anticipate and satisfy the needs of customers and suppliers.Assume responsibility for the satisfaction and loyalty of customers and suppliers.Consistently present themselves as a transversal partner across the various lines of the organization and works collaboratively within and outside its team to better serve the needs of customers / suppliers and exceed the expectations of end customers.It actively supports key decisions and promotes a teamwork spirit to demonstrate commitment to Univar Values.Equal OpportunityUnivar Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected classification.LocationCommercial Regulatory Specialist • Milano, Lombardia, IT#J-*****-Ljbffr
