ensure timely tax filings and statutory obligations.Closing Processes: Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.Treasury Management: Supervise cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and financial risk management.Grants & Public Funding: Collaborate with the CFO to manage participation in national public grants and funding programs, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.Process Optimization: Drive digitalization and continuous improvement of administrative and treasury workflows.Leadership: Lead and develop the administration team, fostering collaboration with FP&A, Legal, Procurement, and Business Units.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in administration/accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of Italian and international accounting standards (IFRS) and tax regulations.Proven experience in group consolidation and managing multiple legal entities.Expertise in treasury operations, cash management, and banking relationships.Experience with public grants and funding programs.Proficiency with ERP systems and digital accounting tools.Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Strong leadership and ability to work cross-functionally.Performance IndicatorsAccuracy and timeliness of consolidated financial statements and reports.Compliance with statutory deadlines and audit requirements.Efficiency and digitalization of administrative and treasury processes.Successful management of public grants and funding programs.Team performance and professional development.Liquidity and cash flow metrics (e.g., cash conversion cycle, days liquidity on hand).Cost and efficiency of banking operations.Compliance with treasury policies and controls.Hiring ProcessApplication review: We go through all applications, but we'll only reach out to candidates who closely match what we're looking for.If you don't hear from us, it means we're not moving forward with your application at this time, but we may consider your profile for more aligned openings in the future.First chat: Selected candidates will have an initial meeting with the people team so we can get to know each other and talk through mutual expectations, motivation for change and goals.Technical interviews: Next, you'll have one or two technical interviews, focused on your skills and how you approach challenges relevant to the role.Offer: If all goes well, we'll send you an offerSometimes this stage can take a bit of time, as we like to carefully consider each candidate and make sure the fit with the team is just right.We do our best to get back to everyone we interview, but sometimes things take longer than we'd like and updates might be a bit slow.If you've got any questions, just reach out to usExtra-UE ApplicantsThis is NOT a full remote job, so you need VISA to work in Italy.At this time, we can only consider applicants who already have the legal right to work in the country where the role is advertised.Some activities must be carried out in our facilities;
