About BlockInvestBlockInvest is a fast-growing startup and a first mover in the Security Token market in Southern Europe.We've developed a regulatory-compliant management platform for financial institutions, enabling the tokenization of digital securities and Real World Assets.Supported by institutional investors, we are scaling up our team across all business units.Our Tech Team is dedicated to enhancing BlockInvest's existing offerings and conducting R&D to deliver innovative, disruptive solutions in the Tokenization and space.Minimum Requirements3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructureMastery of AWS services, including ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CodePipeline, and CloudWatch.Mastery of AWS architect, including well architected structureProficiency with containerization and orchestration technologies (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, and release management.Strong scripting skills for lambda automation and custom tooling.Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.Solid understanding of networking and security in cloud environments (VPC, IAM, encryption, and access control).English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and optimize performance.Preferred QualificationsExperience with blockchain infrastructure, including EVM nodes or crypto-related backend systems.Design and integration of third-party custody providers and KMS solutionsBackground in the financial sector, particularly in banking.Familiarity with "Security by Design" development frameworks (e.G., OWASP, NIST)Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging systems (e.G., SQS, RabbitMQ), and microservices.Advanced knowledge of high-availability (HA), fault-tolerant architectures, and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.Expertise in cloud cost optimization and resource efficiency strategies.Exposure to DevSecOps practices, security audits, and compliance frameworks (e.G., OWASP, NIST, SOC2).Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.ResponsibilitiesDrive the design, deployment, and maintenance of backend services and robust cloud infrastructure on AWS.Implement and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and release cycles.Orchestrate containerized applications ensuring scalability and reliability through ECS and EKS.Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency across all environments.Enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards to ensure reproducible and documented environments.Ensure security and compliance, managing access controls and protecting sensitive data in regulated environments.Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve developer productivity and overall system reliability.Maintain full-stack observability, configuring advanced logging, monitoring, and alerting systems.Collaborate with development teams to support on-chain/off-chain services, APIs, and event-driven architectures.Participate in architectural discussions, defining cloud patterns and disaster recovery protocols for the BlockInvest platform.BenefitsCompetitive base salary, commensurate with experiencePerformance bonuses that exceed industry standardsDedicated budget for training and developmentVibrant Milan headquarters with a great office environmentFlexible remote work policyCompany-provided laptopCommitment to Diversity and InclusionBlockInvest is a multicultural team and we value diversity as one of our greatest strengths.We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.#J-*****-Ljbffr
