OverviewReady to optimise mobile networks for seamless connectivity?Join a technology consultancy recognised for delivering innovative networking, mobile, and cybersecurity solutions.With a reputation for technical expertise and collaborative delivery, the organisation continues to support enterprises and service providers in building high-performing, future-ready networks.The team is hiring a Mobile Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain mobile network infrastructure.The role will focus on ensuring performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting large-scale deployments across evolving mobile technologies.Connect people, power mobility, and shape the wireless future.Apply nowResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and enhance MVNO network infrastructure at customer sites.Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations using OSS/BSS and Element Manager (EM) systems.Support the deployment and integration of Over-The-Air (OTA) and Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) platforms.Collaborate with internal and vendor teams to ensure seamless interoperability between MNO and MVNO network elements.Conduct drive tests and verify new RAN sites before integration into the MVNO network.Assist with technical documentation, installation validation, and verification of network KPIs.Analyze technical problems, including coverage gaps or traffic disruptions, and propose effective solutions.Skills / Must HaveMid-Senior Level experienceProven project delivery experience4G / 5G Core Network expertiseRAN knowledgeUniversity degreeCisco CertificationExperience with Nokia / Ericsson / AltnetIoT knowledgeVOIP solutions experienceBenefitsHybrid working (2–3 days onsite per week)Goal-based bonusOpportunities for professional growth and networkingSalaryUp to €45,000 per year#J-*****-Ljbffr
