Who We AreRetail Hub (RH) is an innovative player that provides information, updates, and advisory programs for corporate innovation teams.RH analyzes and classifies the most cutting-edge start-ups in the retail tech scene, supporting them in their go-to-market strategies.Our clients have the opportunity to engage in continuous and meaningful contact with innovation in the retail sector.The RoleWe are looking for a Communication & Content Manager with strong creative and design skills, who can independently manage and develop the communication strategy across our projects, we're seeking someone who can take ownership of content and digital presence, and actively shape the company's brand identity.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and managing social media campaigns across all company channelsProducing visual content: videos, graphics, presentations, digital materials, and advertising assetsManaging the content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of assetsSupporting brand consistency across all touchpoints (web, social, events)Proposing new formats and creative ideas to promote our projects and ecosystemRequirementsExcellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)Strong understanding of social media platforms, both in content creation and campaign managementSelf-starter with strong project management and organizational skillsCreativity, attention to detail, and proactive mindsetExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFluency in English (spoken and written)Familiarity with WordPress and email marketingWhat We OfferContract and salary based on experienceReal growth opportunities in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environmentHybrid work model – headquarters in MilanCV and portfolio required#J-*****-Ljbffr
