Join to apply for theClinical Trainer iTero Italyrole atAlign Technology.Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Department: MarketingLocation: EMEA-ItalyDescriptionDue to continued growth and success in the region, we are looking for a Clinical Trainer who will provide education and clinical customer support of the iTero Intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM services to customers.In this role you are responsible for developing customer loyalty through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, workflow optimization, product and procedural training, in-servicing, and required customer follow up.You play a key role in supporting education and knowledge transfer, in-practice as well as remote scanner trainings to our customers, internal stakeholders, and 3rd party commercial organizations.The process includes interaction and communication with all customer facing functions to clarify all inquiries and develop medical education materials.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide virtual training of iTero element IOSParticipate in trade fairs, congresses and events to represent iTero and SCCS overallProvide support and education to customers in the areas of IOS, iTero, IOC, OrthoCAD and troubleshoot any of these software/hardware in their interactions with IDS or Clincheck softwareAssist with review of PowerPoint presentations, digital images and scans for marketing and/or sales materials as well as clinical education materials related with IOS, iTero, IOC and OrthoCADInvestigate and analyze clinical, software, hardware related customer inquiries, complaints and trouble-shootingAccurately and thoroughly document information in the company's database(s) about each contact handled following defined parametersEnsure timely resolution to customer education needs whether inbound or outboundBe alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers.Research information to answer inquiries from customers and share learnings with departmental peers and managementConduct occasional evaluations of our customersFollow up on IOS customers after the initial VCT is concluded to evaluate learning curve and determine if further follow-ups with extra educational material are neededAround 20% travel is required for congresses or commercial activitiesSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseDegree as Dental Technician with solid knowledge of ExoCADStrong interpersonal, listening and persuasive communication skillsDynamic, optimistic, accurate, results oriented, hard-working, creativeAbility to work without constant supervisionDependable with attention to detailWillingness to learnFully IT ProficientGood English skillsApplicant Privacy PolicyReview ourApplicant Privacy Policyfor additional information.Equal Opportunity StatementAlign Technology is an equal opportunity employer.We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all our practices, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, protected veteran status, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other legally protected category.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country for which they are applying, and employment eligibility will be verified as a condition of hire.#J-*****-Ljbffr
