What you'll doReporting to the CTO, you'll:- Design complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.- Make sure architectures are scalable, secure, and high-performing.- Optimize and scale cloud-based applications.- Guide teams on architectural best practices and standards.- Evaluate new technologies and suggest what to adopt.- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams as a trusted advisor.- Present decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Mentor engineers and solution architects.- Play an active role in architecture reviews and forums.? What we're looking for- Solid experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in enterprise environments.- 5–10 years in software engineering with strong Java skills (J2EE, multithreaded services, web apps).- Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and storage.- Hands-on knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).- Familiarity with architectural/data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).- Strong understanding of distributed transactions.- Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.- Familiarity with API Gateway, OIDC authentication, and network architecture.- AI-savvy: capable of designing AI-enabled solutions (xLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, Agents).- Agile mindset with Scrum experience (Jira, Confluence).- Experience in financial services is a plus.A bit moreThe company welcomes people from all backgrounds and values diversity in every form.Everyone's contribution matters equally in a respectful, inclusive workplace.#J-*****-Ljbffr
