Are you a seasoned professional seeking a new challenge in the logistics industry?We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Transport Manager to join our dynamic team.Job Description:Develop and manage long-term relationships with existing and new customers in the road freight sectorActively acquire new clients and expand our customer portfolioWe are looking for someone who understands the freight market, can operate independently from day one, and has strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.A solid understanding of road freight pricing, margins, and market dynamics is essential.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Freight Forwarder, Transport Broker or within a Transport AgencySolid understanding of road freight pricing, margins and market dynamicsThe ideal candidate will be highly autonomous target-driven commercially-minded able to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high levels of professionalism.As part of our growing logistics company we offer:Full-time stable contract (38.5 hours/week)Annual gross salary range €****** - €****** based on performancePerformance-based bonuses additional benefits14 salary payments per year25 vacation days per year
