Job Description SummaryLogistic Operations Supervisor responsible for managing an hourly team of logistic shop operators at Aero Alliance Avenza Service Shop (Italy).The role reports to the Gate 2 Logistic Leader and is a permanent full-time position.Job Description Summary (Italian)Logistic Operations Supervisor responsabile della gestione di un hourly team di operatori di logistica presso Aero Alliance Avenza Service Shop (Italy).Riporterà al Gate 2 Logistic Leader e l'incarico è un posto permanente a tempo pieno.ResponsibilitiesManage an hourly team of logistic shop operators.Supervise daily activities, ensuring compliance with EHS and Quality policies.Oversee daily tasks in accordance with the shift-by-shift schedule provided by the Logistic Leader/Logistic Planner.Report shift-executed activities and problems/issues that occur during the daily management of logistic operations.Cooperate with shift supervisors/operations leaders from other departments to guarantee execution of general shop production targets.Responsibilities (Italian)Gestire un hourly team di operatori logisitici.Supervisionare le attività giornaliere per assicurare la conformità agli standard definiti dalle politiche EHS e Quality.Sovraintendere le attività quotidiane della propria squadra in accordo al programma giornaliero per ogni turno dal Logistic Leader/Logistic Planner.Riportare le attività effettuate dal turno e segnalare eventuali problematiche emerse durante la gestione giornaliera delle attività logistiche.Cooperare con i Operations Supervisor e Operations Leaders di altri Gate o reparti per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi generali di tutto lo Shop.Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma) or equivalent knowledge or work experience.Working knowledge of Windows Office and ERP system (Oracle or SAP).Strong oral and written communication skills, both in Italian & English.Minimum experience in managing complex environment.Preferred proven experience in managing teams of hourly employees (from 10 to 30 people per shift).Requisiti (Italian)Laurea Triennale in Ingegneria (o equivalente) da Università/College accreditato, o Diploma di Scuola Superiore, o equivalenti conoscenze sviluppate durante precedenti esperienze lavorative.Esperienza lavorativa con Windows Office e ERP system (Oracle o SAP).Buone capacità di comunicazione orale e scritta sia in Italiano che in Inglese.Esperienza, seppur minima, di gestione di situazioni complesse.È considerato un plus avere comprovata esperienza di gestione di un team di operatori hourly (dalle 10 alle 30 persone per turno).Relocation Assistance Provided:NoSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesRepair and Maintenance#J-*****-Ljbffr
