Job Summary: Sells general merchandise to customers using professional selling techniques.Works as part of a sales team to provide service that exceeds customer expectations.Assists in all aspects of operating the Food and Beverage Convenience Bar, including opening and closing, preparing, displaying, replenishing goods, and cleaning stations and equipment.Duties and Responsibilities:Greet and engage customers, assist in merchandise selection, suggest additional items, and explain product warranties.Interact professionally with customers and coworkers, adhere to dress code, and support sales team members.Learn about merchandise, including setup, use, care, and warranty coverage; communicate product info clearly to customers.Keep areas stocked and merchandise neatly arranged; communicate with management about stock and customer needs; participate in team meetings.Complete sales transactions efficiently and thank customers for their patronage.Perform cash register transactions accurately, including sales, returns, and other payment methods.Inform customers of sales, services, and store policies; promote NEXCARD benefits and accounts.Handle customer returns and issues tactfully, applying store policies consistently.Maintain high awareness to prevent theft and provide excellent customer service.Unpack, stage, and move merchandise; assist with store displays and inventories.Complete related paperwork accurately and thoroughly.Participate in sales incentive programs.Lift up to 25 lbs as needed for stocking and assisting customers.Operate and secure the Food and Beverage Convenience Bar, including opening, closing, and equipment management.Ensure product availability, proper storage, and cleanliness; monitor refrigerator temperatures.Attend required food safety training sessions annually.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:No experience required.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.#J-*****-Ljbffr
