What You'll Do:Champion and deploy lean transformation in varied electromechanical manufacturing environment and Business administrative processesBe a key player in continuous improvement Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, Standard Work, DMS, Line Balancing & Yamazumi, SMED, TPM, Problem Solving)Analyze data and operator activity to identify and eliminate wastes from the process flowSupport implementation of Daily Management System (DMS) deploymentDevelop training materials and documentations to support OpEx activities?? Your Profile:Knowledge of Lean toolsItalian and English languages are requiredOpen to travel within Europe region (mainly Italy) *****% approximatelyExcellent communication and change management skillsProficient computer skills – (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Teams)Green Belt or Lean Expert certification (desirable)Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality (desirable)Join us and be a change agent in shaping the future of operational excellence at Nidec
