Overview Here at Malwarebytes, we believe that when you're free from threats, you're free to thrive.It all started in **** with one person who needed help with a malware infection, and a community coming together to find solutions.In that moment in time a product was born for all people, with a mission to rid the world of malware.Our product has since grown and evolved, from removing malware, to protecting devices, to ever-changing prevention.About ThreatDownThreatDown, the corporate business unit of Malwarebytes, is redefining cybersecurity for growing businesses with solutions that stop ransomware, malware, phishing, and AI-powered attacks.Our platform is trusted, intuitive, and built for lean IT teams that need speed without complexity.At ThreatDown, you'll join a team driven by innovation, resilience, and a passion for empowering businesses to thrive securely.If you're ready to make a real impact in cybersecurity, we'd love to meet you.What You Will DoOwn the Detection & Response product areas and be accountable for product direction and roadmap executionTranslate customer needs, threat trends, and competitive insights into clear product requirementsPartner closely with research, manage services, engineering and UX to define features, prioritize work, and deliver releasesAnalyze industry trends and competitive offerings to inform product decisions and differentiationBalance short-term execution with thoughtful input into Detection & Response strategyMaintain and prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact and product goalsSupport product launches and work with internal teams to ensure successful adoptionGather and incorporate feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and the marketSkills You'll Need To Have3+ years of product management experience in cybersecurityHands-on experience with Detection & Response products or servicesStrong understanding of attacker techniques, detections, and response workflowsAbility to make clear prioritization tradeoffs and drive alignment across cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersSelf-directed and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environmentsComfortable partnering with UX on design decisions and user researchProven ability to collaborate across teams, functions, and geographic regionsAble to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and maintain momentum through executionEngineering or Computer Science background preferredPerks & BenefitsMedical insurance coverageEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramWellness programsAn opportunity to do something great for yourself and the world(Benefits and Perks subject to change by country/region)#J-*****-Ljbffr
