We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for our Sales department to bridge the gap between complex customer needs and our advanced technological solutions. What You Will Do Deeply understand SPEA products, their technical features, and performance to effectively communicate their "value for customer" and competitive advantages Collaborate with Sales Managers to define winning sales strategies and identify potential new market opportunities Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to offer cutting-edge solutions and maintain a competitive edge in the market Analyze and interpret complex technical specifications from customers across different industrial sectors and geographic regions Who We Are Looking For Master's Degree in Mechatronics or Biomedical Engineering (or related technical fields) Strong understanding of electronic testing systems and the ability to map technical features to customer benefits Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proactive, result-oriented, and continuously updated on the latest technological and market developments Fluency in English is essential for managing international customers and global market Previous experience in technical sales or application engineering within high-tech industries is highly valued Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time) What We Offer An innovative and cutting-edge environment, working with technologies developed entirely in-house The opportunity to manage complex, stimulating projects in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and global leaders An international context with exposure to the most advanced industrial sectors worldwide.
