About the Role:We are currently looking for a Lean Production Specialist – Nutella to join our Ferrero Operational Excellence & Performance Factors Department in Alba (CN).In this role, you will support the development of Performance Factors and Production Models across Group factories, ensuring consistent and effective implementation.Additionally, you will work alongside the Performance Professional Families, fostering collaboration and excellence within the team.Main Responsibilities:You will support the global development and improvement of Focused Improvement (FI) methodologies , Kaizen and SMED , and related procedures, including Six-Sigma (DMAIC approach) and other analytical tools.This role involves creating and updating FI KPIs , targets, project numbers (major losses), and guidelines for initiative planning at both Group and Area levels .You will assess and validate the maturity of new methodologies adoption at the local level through audit plan execution and support the consolidation of progress overviews on local initiatives, training sessions, audits, and results to enhance Overall Asset Effectiveness and competitiveness.Additionally, you will ensure the assessment of Plants Performance Factors , harmonization of production models, deployment and optimization of methodologies, and release performance factors/production models benchmarks for the development of projects business cases (products/ footprint) to support other central Industrial & Supply departments.You will also support and challenge plants in defining performance targets (budget, SAF).Lastly, you will participate in the activities of the Performance Professional Families at the Group level, driving cross-fertilization of internal and external best practices, continuous improvement , and workshops.About You:You will bring your master's degree in engineering or a related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in a structured company.Your knowledge of lean methodology will be an asset for us, as well as your strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different stakeholders within the organization.You speak fluent English , any other language will be a plus for us.Your availability for business trips (approximately 20%) is a key requirement.Does it sound like the right opportunity for you?Do not hesitate to applyOur Benefits & Perks:Careers with caring built in - discover our benefits here.About Ferrero:Ferrero began its journey in the small town of Alba in Piedmont, Italy, in ****.Today, it is one of the world's largest sweet-packaged food companies, with many iconic brands sold in countries all over the world.Find out more about Ferrero at ferrero.com.DE&I at Ferrero:Ferrero is committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture in which all employees feel welcomed and appreciated and have the same opportunities.We believe all our people are equally talented in their own way.In nurturing the curiosity and natural abilities of our employees, we provide them, generation after generation, the means to succeed personally and professionally, enabling them to craft their journey at Ferrero.The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative, and highly rewarding.Find out more here.#J-*****-Ljbffr
