Essential Job FunctionsCollaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, with a focus on developing and maintaining critical components.Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.Contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.Participate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.Debug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.Assist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.Take ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role years of relevant software engineering experienceProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologiesProficiency in coding and debugging complex software componentsFamiliarity with software development practices and methodologiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesEagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasksOther QualificationsAdvanced degree in a related field is a plusRelevant certifications or training a plusAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing, productivity, individual work styles, and life circumstances.We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.Sr Analyst II Software Engineering • BITRITTO,BA,ITA#J-*****-Ljbffr
