The OpportunityWe are looking for an experiencedSenior Data Strategistto lead high-impact consulting engagements.You will be the bridge between Business and IT, helping enterprise clients navigate the complexity of becoming data-driven.Your primary focus will be designingData Strategies, implementingData Governanceframeworks, and guiding the adoption ofData Productsorganization using our methodology and platforms (like Witboost).You will act as a trusted advisor for C-level executives and Data Leaders, translating business goals into actionable data roadmaps.?? ResponsibilitiesLead Data Strategy assessments and define Target Operating Models for large enterprises;Design and implement Data Governance frameworks (roles, policies, processes) tailored to Data Products organizations;Guide clients through the organizational change management required to adopt a Data Product mindset;Define KPIs and metrics to measure the ROI of data initiatives;Collaborate with Data Architects and Engineers to ensure the strategy is technically feasible and aligned with Agile Lab's best practices;Mentor junior/mid strategists and contribute to the growth of the Consulting Data Strategy practice;Facilitate high-level workshops with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases.??? RequirementsMaster's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields;5+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Governance, or Management Consulting with a focus on Data;Deep understanding of Data Products/Mesh principles, Data Management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK), and Data Governance tools;Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders (CDOs, CIOs, Business Heads);Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value;Excellent presentation and storytelling skills (PowerPoint/Keynote mastery);Languages: Fluent in Italian and English (C1+);Willingness to travel occasionally for key client workshops (Agile Nomads spirit).????
