Responsabilità PrincipaliLa Divisione Technical Engineering di RANDSTAD PROFESSIONAL , specializzata nella Ricerca e Selezione di profili di Middle & Senior Management, ricerca per un primario player del settore navale un Technical Superintendent .La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Regional Technical Manager , avrà la responsabilità diretta della gestione tecnica, dell'efficienza operativa e della manutenzione delle navi assegnate.Gestione Tecnica e OperativaMonitorare quotidianamente le attività delle navi, fornendo consulenza tecnica tempestiva e garantendo la massima affidabilità per prevenire fermi tecnici.Manutenzione e RiparazioniCoordinare e supervisionare integralmente le attività di riparazione in navigazione e le operazioni di bacino (dry-docking).Pianificazione PMSMonitorare e garantire l'aderenza al Planned Maintenance System (PMS), pianificando revisioni maggiori o posticipando interventi previa valutazione tecnica e approvazione del management.Compliance e SicurezzaAssicurare che le navi siano conformi alle normative internazionali, ai codici, alle linee guida e agli standard del Safety Management System (SMS) per la prevenzione dell'inquinamento.Ispezioni e ReportingEffettuare ispezioni regolari a bordo (almeno semestrali) utilizzando checklist specifiche e documentando ogni difetto tramite Vessel Repair Request (VRR) e Repair Action Plan (RAP).Gestione MacchinariMonitorare le performance dei motori principali e ausiliari, seguendo linee guida rigorose per la sostituzione dei componenti.Budget e RisorseCo-sviluppare il budget tecnico (OPEX) con il Regional Technical Manager, gestire l'inventario di bordo e fornire raccomandazioni sulla gestione dell'equipaggio, valutando regolarmente i Chief Engineers.Gestione Sinistri e DPGestire le comunicazioni con i periti assicurativi per le richieste di risarcimento e coordinare i trial annuali DP (FMEA) secondo le linee guida IMCA.Requisiti RichiestiTitolo di StudioDiploma o Laurea in ambito tecnico / ingegneristico marittimo.QualifichePreferibile il possesso del certificato di competenza come 2nd Engineer o esperienza tecnica equivalente nell'industria marina.EsperienzaÈ preferibile aver maturato almeno un anno di esperienza in ruoli a terra (ashore), sebbene non sia un requisito strettamente necessario.Soft SkillsEccellenti capacità comunicative, attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di svolgere compiti ad-hoc in autonomia con minima supervisione.L'OffertaLa retribuzione sarà commisurata all'effettiva seniority del candidato.Sede di LavoroGenova (con disponibilità a trasferte).#J-*****-Ljbffr
