We are looking for an Alfa Romeo Product Specialist The Product Specialist leads the Company in the definition of product and customer requirements for vehicle nameplates. He works at direct report with the Product Model Responsible and with all the cross functional teams comprised of Engineering, Design, Regional Marketing, Finance to define and develop the product and its features. The Product Specialist Alfa Romeo is the advocate for a specific vehicle nameplate. He/She is responsible for defining the competitive landscape and being the subject matter expert on the segment competitors; He/She translates knowledge of the customer, competitive products, market trends, brand objectives and showroom dynamics into product attributes/features and manages this content globally; He/She in charge of the product definition owning the Product Grid, the official company configuration tool. Key Activities: Develop market analysis to have a deep understanding of the competition, who the customer is and what they want. Propose a product proposal /brief in the concept phase Work with the different department during the development phase to guarantee the coherence between the product proposal and the final execution. Support the Regional counterpart (NA, SA, EE, MEA, IAP) to develop and agree the product plan Support the extended both the commercial department and the technical team during the launch. Manage the product changes and request during the life cycle to guarantee the competitiveness of the model Required skills Minimum Bachelor Degree Fluent English Detail orientated, yet able to see the big picture Self-starter that has the ability to process and analyze research data Provide insights and a Point Of View (POV) Understands how to convert customer needs (articulated and unarticulated) into product concept Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a complex organization Able to effectively communicate a product vision verbally and visually using high level presentations Able to deliver concise product proposals to be shared at Head of Brand level Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel / AI tool experience Preferred a cross-functional experience in one or more of the following: Project Management, Product Planning / Marketing, Brand Management, Product Strategy At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
