We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Manager / Sales Engineer with strong experience in-voltage (HV) transmission equipment.This is a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in HV transformers, GIS, switchgears, capacitors, and HVDC converters, supporting grid operators and participating in international tenders.As Technical Manager, you will be the key point of contact for local TSOs and DSOs, qualifying HV equipment, managing projects, and developing business opportunities.You will have the autonomy to build your own team in the future and directly influence business growth in your market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with grid operators (TSO/DSO) and key accounts.Support tender preparation, technical qualification, and project execution for HV transmission equipment.Manage and follow-up winning projects, ensuring technical and commercial success.Collaborate with regional Sales teams to drive business growth.Act as the technical authority for HV equipment including transformers, GIS, switchgears, capacitors, HVDC converters.Potentially build and lead a local engineering, project management, and after-sales team.QualificationsElectrical Engineering or similar technical background (MBA preferred).Minimum 5 years' experience in energy or electrical infrastructure, with strong HV exposure.Proven experience in transmission, utility, EPC, or grid operator environments.Strong network of contacts with TSOs/DSOs.Experience participating in local and global tenders.Languages: Italian & English required.Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote setup.Global Remote Technical Manager Automotive Industrial Os Remote • Roma, IT#J-*****-Ljbffr
