Planning & Fulfillment Manager - Virtual IPU ManagerJoin to apply for thePlanning & Fulfillment Manager - Virtual IPU Managerrole atABB.Diese Position Berichtet AnGlobal Procurement ManagerYour Role And ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the Virtual IPU within the Critical Power Business Line.Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.This role contributes to the Critical Power Business Line worldwide.Main stakeholders are Procurement, Logistic, Agile Team and Quality.Work model: hybrid.You Will Be Mainly Accountable ForOwning the Virtual IPU supply planning process, keeping the RDCs and LSOs relationship and coordinating the Agile Team with sales to ensure the correct Master data management, ensuring no duplication are applied and driving the inventory management, optimizing them according to the company's targets, while ensuring high customer service level.Establishing and maintaining inventory management processes for finished goods in line with company guidelines.Responsible for the inventory checkbook process and related periodical follow-ups/monthly reviews.Leading regular discussions with Supply units and Suppliers on inbound issues, planning parameters, reverse logistics, etc.Leading/contributing to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy.Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions, Supply units and Suppliers.Qualification for the roleYou are highly skilled in Planning and delivering and in the UPS market.You have 5 years of experience in RDC environment and/or Planning Management.Possess an enhanced knowledge of Power BI, Oracle and SAP.You are innovative around Planning and IPU Management.Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.You are at ease communicating in English, a second language is a plus.More About UsABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.The Division's technical teams work closely with industry partners, delivering advanced solutions that support rapid growth, energy transition, and sustainability objectives.The Division's portfolio includes industrial circuit breakers, low-voltage systems, motor starting applications, and safety devices like switches and relays.Its Power Protection unit supports the world's largest data center companies with advanced energy-efficient UPS solutions.The Division's ABB AbilityTM Energy Manager provides a scalable, easy-to-use platform that helps organizations save energy and reduce CO2 emissions.JR********Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustriesAutomation Machinery ManufacturingLocation: Frosinone, Latium, Italy#J-*****-Ljbffr
