Temporary - 1 Year FP&A Analyst (AbbVie)AbbVie's mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines and solutions that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow.We strive to have a remarkable impact on people's lives across several key therapeutic areas – immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and eye care – and products and services in our Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.For more information about AbbVie, please visit Follow @abbvie on X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.Key ResponsibilitiesManage consolidation complexity and systems accuracy in coordination with AREA HQ, FSS and Internal StakeholdersPrepare and deliver LBE's, Plan and LRP, performing analysis and providing commentary required.Assure and collaborate with Brand Finance team for appropriate, timely and accurate consolidation.Meet month-end and year-end submission and reporting deadlines and ensure high-quality comments of financial figures, with performance analysis between Actual and Forecast/Plan/Prior year for his/her competency area.Monitor expense trends of Capabilities Department (Market Access, Customer Excellence, Corporate and Government Affairs, Support Functions and Medical Dept) through category spending analysis.Assure accurate financial approval according to policy in place, understand the value of the investments, contribute to improve spending profile facilitating department Director to find optimization opportunities.Actively interact with AREA HQ to implement new systems and processes.Consolidate sales incentives and coordinate the final approval process until final payment.Monitor headcount and organizational changes interacting with HR to deliver accurate counting and variances comments as well as define FTE for costs allocation in Product P&L.Support financial planning process with cash flow planning, transfer pricing planning and demand planning.Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.QualificationsUniversity Degree in Economics / Management EngineeringPrevious experience in Consultancy, Pharma industry or related fieldExcel advanced proficiencyInterpersonal skills with the ability to work with others as well as independentlyAble to handle multiple tasks with resilienceDecision making, Drive for resultsAnalytical and synthesis skillsValues of integrity, compliance and speak upThinking beyond the obvious and do not stop at the first answersAdditional InformationAbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives and serving our community.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled.US & Puerto Rico only – to learn more, visit & Puerto Rico applicants seeking a reasonable accommodation, click here to learn more: level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Legal, Management, and OtherIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Biotechnology Research#J-*****-Ljbffr
