OverviewDe Nora is an Italian multinational company, listed on the Euronext Milan stock exchange, a global provider of innovative technologies and solutions, and is recognized as a partner of choice for significant industrial electrochemical processes.Since its foundation in ****, De Nora has been driven by the philosophy of continual improvement.Today, it is the world's largest supplier of high-performing catalytic coatings and insoluble electrodes for electrochemical and industrial applications.It is also a leading supplier of equipment, systems, and processes for water disinfection and filtration.De Nora is committed to developing unconventional solutions to achieve the energy transition to decarbonization, the green hydrogen economy, and clean water for everyone.Watch the video to discover more: The Contract Manager provides comprehensive legal support to the General Counsel for De Nora Water Technologies EMEA and Singapore.The position focuses on assisting the business across multiple product lines in both regions, with responsibilities including:ResponsibilitiesContractual Analysis & DraftingReview and analyze NDAs or other legal documents (e.g., cooperation agreements, compliance declarations, preferred supplier declarations).Draft, review, and prepare contracts for domestic and international clients in the EMEA and Singapore regions, in accordance with De Nora policies.Prepare contract comments tailored to client-specific requirements (often using Excel).Negotiation & StrategyParticipate in internal meetings with the commercial team to define negotiation strategies.Attend contract negotiations with clients (primarily via Teams, occasionally in person).Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with internal IP and Compliance teams, and external insurance brokers, on contract-related matters.Support the commercial team in navigating legal terms during internal approval processes on the CRM platform (Salesforce).Prepare executive summaries for escalation of issues which deviate from company guidelines.Contract ManagementMaintain a repository of signed contracts.Contribute to updates of general terms and conditions for entities in the EMEA and Singapore regions.Legal Research & Dispute SupportConduct legal research on jurisdiction-specific issues as needed during contract reviews.Assist in analyzing potential disputes and drafting initial correspondence to customers.Support the General Counsel and Execution Team in managing external counsel and local legal advisors.Training & ComplianceHelp organize internal training sessions for Sales, Purchasing, Execution, and Engineering teams.Assist in disseminating company policies and compliance procedures (e.g., export compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, agent appointments).Legal Tech & Process OptimizationSupport the General Counsel in evaluating AI tools and software platforms to streamline legal support, document management, and contract search functions.This position reports directly to the General Counsel for De Nora Water Technologies EMEA and Singapore.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and take pride of our diverse and inclusive environment.We aim to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities, who will enhance the quality of our products and services and contribute to the Group's success.We are committed to prioritize talent, make people feel respected, appreciated, and free to fully express their potential.#J-*****-Ljbffr
