Fleet Planner

Purpose of job: Consistently high availability of locomotive fleet under consideration of all preventive and corrective maintenance measures and maintenance costsSafety-relevant tasks in terms of ECM regulations: ? yes ? noMonitoring and Coordination of all maintenance measuresEnsuring a safe condition of the entrusted locomotivesVerification of Release to Service documents received from workshops or mobile technicianRe-authorizing operating permission after maintenance activities through issuing of return to operation protocolMain Duties :Monitoring and coordination of all maintenance measures excluding MO & WEEnsuring an optimal technical condition of the entrusted locomotivesEnsuring of high fleet availability under consideration of maintenance costsVerification of Release to Service and maintenance documents/checklists received from the ECM IV function including rejection and obtaining adjustments (correction) in case of deviationsManage the complete order processing including invoicing and allocatingReview and Processing of Maintenance Documentation including actualization of maintenance recordsRecharges HandlingCoordinating Handover and Return of LocomotivesEssential Qualifications/Education:Technical education or comparable experience in maintenance and repair of locomotivesRelevant experience:Knowledge in maintenance planning and monitoringProven technical knowledge of locomotives /rolling stockConfident in using MS Office Applications ( Excel, Word and Outlook)Aptitude, skills and abilitiesHigh communication skills, experience in customer serviceBusiness English : spoken and written (Level B2)High level of commitment, organization talent, ability to handle stress and ability for teamworkWorking at BeaconBeacon is a rolling stock leasing company serving the European market.
