OverviewThe Impact You\'ll Make.Are you passionate about the world of inverters and believe in guiding customers toward sustainable and innovative solutions?Do you want to be part of a company that puts technology and responsible growth at its core?At Danfoss Drives, we are looking for a Sales Engineer, Industry, who will drive commercial development for the Industry sub-sectors, including Metal, Chemical, Pharma, Plastics, and related industries.In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle with medium-sized clients, and working closely with the sales team to deliver technical solutions and support market growth.You will handle complex technical discussions in a highly competitive environment, defining effective solution strategies to achieve growth targets.What You'll Be DoingDrive front-line sales across Italy, working directly with OEMs, end users, and partners in the Metal, Chemical, Pharma, Plastics, and related industries.Manage a portfolio of strategic and mid-sized customers, actively identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships.Define and execute sales strategies to hit growth targets in a competitive market.Lead complex technical-commercial negotiations and close deals with support from Application Engineers and Technical Support.Act as the main technical-commercial point of contact throughout the sales cycle.Track pipeline, sales performance, and market trends to ensure accurate forecasting and proactive planning.Work with Marketing, Product Management, and Service to deliver complete customer solutions.Ensure CRM adoption and data accuracy for clear reporting and continuous improvement.What We\'re Looking ForDegree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or energy.Proven experience in B2B sales within multinational or medium-sized technical organizations, preferably in automation and drives/inverters.Good knowledge of the Italian industrial market, especially Metal, Chemical, Pharma, Plastics, and related sectors.Proven ability to handle complex negotiations and build long-term relationships with strategic customers.Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.Experience with CRM tools and sales forecasting.Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Ready to Make a Difference?If this role excites you, we'd love to hear from youApply now to start the conversation and learn more about where your career can go with us.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected category.Danfoss engineers solutions that increase machine productivity, reduce emissions, lower energy consumption, and enable electrification.Our solutions are used in such areas as refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, power conversion, motor control, industrial machinery, automotive, marine, and off- and on-highway equipment.We also provide solutions for renewable energy, such as solar and wind power, as well as district-energy infrastructure for cities.Our innovative engineering dates back to ****.Danfoss is family-owned, employing more than 39,360 people, serving customers in more than 100 countries through a global footprint of 95 factories.#J-*****-Ljbffr
