Beyond overseeing operations, you actively promote and sell our cutting-edge solutions, applications, and service offerings, while building and empowering a high-performing team to propel our business forward.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership – Define business strategy with the Regional Director and develop short-to-long-term plans.Team Management – Lead service teams and back-office LCS, fostering growth and performance.Sales & Marketing – Set sales targets, implement strategies, and collaborate on marketing plans.Customer Engagement – Manage key accounts, participate in high-level negotiations, and ensure satisfaction.Market Intelligence – Track industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.Sales Enablement – Train the team on new products, develop marketing tools, and optimize CRM usage.Performance Optimization – Analyze sales figures, margins, and consistently optimize processes.Operational Excellence – Validate logistics / software solutions, oversee quotations, and ensure compliance.Culture & Growth – Foster a motivated, high-performing team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.QualificationsMaster's Degree in Business or Equivalent – Proven expertise in advanced business principles and strategic decision-making.Sales Experience in Global, Matrix Organizations – Demonstrated success in driving sales and navigating complex global structures.Group Management Expertise – Extensive experience in leading teams to achieve organizational goals and foster collaboration.Strong Interpersonal Skills – Skilled at motivating and supporting colleagues to cultivate a high-performance and positive work environment.Global Functional / Matrix Organization Experience – Well-versed in working within diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple regions.In-depth Knowledge of Health and Safety (H & S) – Comprehensive understanding of H & S regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.Do you want to play a pivotal role in connecting Life Cycle Services and New Business while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction with Kardex's products and services?
