LHHPer importantemultinazionale operante nel settore beauty/lusso siamo alla ricerca di un/unaBrand Ambassador Trainer dinamico e appassionato da inserire nella nostra divisioneRetail.In questo ruolo itinerante, coprirai l'intero territorio italiano,combinando attività di formazione e supporto alle vendite per garantirel'eccellenza del retail e rafforzare la brand advocacy.Riportando alSell Out Manager, sarai responsabile della realizzazione di programmi formativi di impatto,del coaching diretto dei Beauty Advisor in negozio e dell'interazionediretta con i clienti per stimolare le vendite.L'esperienza nel mondodella profumeria ? preferibilmente di nicchia o lusso ? sarà un forte valoreaggiunto.ResponsabilitàProgettare,organizzare e coordinare programmi di formazione per brand di nicchia;Formareeaffiancare Beauty Consultant e Beauty Advisor direttamente in negozio, garantendocoerenza del brand ed eccellenza nel retail;Supportareeventi e attività di vendita in-store, costruendo solide relazioni con i clienti.Profilo2/3anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile, nel settore Beauty/Luxury, esperienzanel settore profumeria di nicchia;Mentalità da Trainer orientata alla vendita;Eccellenticapacità organizzative e relazionali;Flessibilità,proattività e disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente su tutto il territorio italiano;Buonapadronanza di MS Office e interesse per le tendenze del settore.Italiano e Inglese:fluenteSede:MilanoTrasferte:si - copertura Nazionale (Italia)Settimana lavorativa:lunedì ? domenica (2gg riposo)Disponibilità:full-time 40h#LI-AP1Settore: Moda/Fashion Design
