Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) is a leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group, with a wide portfolio encompassing Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants, Beach Clubs, Nightclubs, Fitness Centers, and more.SHG operates over 81 venues in 25 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.From theSunset Hotels & Resortsdivision, we are looking for a passionate and detail-orientedFinance ManagerforMETT Milan Torre Velasca, our newResidences & Suitesproject located in the iconicTorre Velasca, in the heart of Milan.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations.This role provides hands-on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.Main responsibilitiesOversee the accounting and finance function, provide leadership, direction and guidance to the operations team.Act as a strategic business partner and financial advisor to the management team.Manage all financial/operational accounting activities including monthly accounts, balance sheet, cash flow statement, flash figures, payroll, cash management, costing and budgeting.Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.Direct the monthly accounting close process on a timely basis.Lead the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks.Oversee all audit and internal control operations.Prepare financial reports in accordance with corporate requirement.Assist Department Heads to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations.Collaborates directly with the General Manager METT Milan Torre Velasca and VP Finance Sunset Hotels & Resorts to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insightsQualificationsMinimum of 3 years' experience as Finance Manager in hospitalityStrong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level EnglishSolid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related toolsKnowledge of local accounting principles and IFRSProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendationsExtensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecastingBenefitsCompetitive SalaryDiscounts Across Sunset's Venues and More: Experience the Sunset lifestyle to the fullest with exclusive discounts at all our venues and beyond.Career Growth Opportunities: Your professional journey is our priority.Elevate your career with tailored growth opportunities that align with your ambitions.You can learn more about our company:
