Join to apply for the Field Service Engineer Italy, Milan role at Reggiani Macchine S.p.A.EFI is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Business Unit in Milan, Italy.Job DescriptionAre you inspired by a job that challenges you to be proactive and come up with new ideas that will push a product above and beyond your competitor's products?EFI is the world leader in digital imaging and print management solutions for commercial and enterprise printing.This is a great opportunity to work with technology that is central to what makes us successful.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide end-to-end technical support primarily for our Italian customer base, including technical phone support and onsite technical support.Provide extensive travel to cover the service territory.Tradeshow support including printer setup and calibration, demonstration and teardown.End user training at operator level.Provide feedback to our US-based R&D team.Serve as an Ambassador for EFI.Job RequirementsTechnical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical, digital, and electronic technology.Minimum three years experience in field engineering positions servicing complex electro-mechanical devices.Knowledge of inkjet printing, RIP/color theory, and materials/chemicals used in the printing industry.Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.Self-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory (including effective management of EFI assets such as parts, tools, and company information).Good communication skills and customer focused.Required language skills: Fluent in Italian and English.Position requires extensive regional travel at short notice.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyMachinery Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
