Senior Associate/Manager Transaction ServicesAccuracy is a wholly independent international consulting firm providing advice to company management and shareholders for their strategic or critical decisions, notably in transactions, disputes and crises.Our strength is to connect strategy, facts and figures.Our teams are international and multicultural, combining various skills to provide bespoke services to our clients.As a senior associate / manager, you will be responsible for managing project work streams, building client relationships, providing technical, analytical and reporting assistance, and managing and coaching more junior team members.You can expect to be involved in financial due diligence, valuations and business plans combined with strategy, each of which will require your work to be summarised in presentations and reports.No two projects are the same; you will be constantly challenged to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.We are committed to developing a long-term relationship with our employees.Our motto is PEOPLE FIRST, providing comprehensive on-the-job training as well as a competitive salary.At Accuracy, we aim to make your projects become a reality and will provide you with regular mentoring sessions where you will be able to openly discuss career progression, aspirations, performance and promotions.We offer a wide range of enriching opportunities to our consultants such as secondments, sabbaticals, externships and internal projects.We are proud of our positive working environment and work-life balance.Core ActivitiesAims to autonomously manage a project (analysis, deliverable, time and budget)Structures analyses to be carried out by less experienced team members and reviews the quality of the work performed, including for (technical) consistency and completenessTriangulation and cross-checking of information provided or calculations performedIdentifies key issues arising during an engagement independently and develops his/her own solutions relating to main project issues or risks.Summarizes findings to director/partnerStructures and drafts report sections and/or creates draft presentationsStart managing client's relationships and communications, including the manager / director or engagement partnerActively provides support in training of analysts on internal/external technical standards and industry developmentsShows efficient organization when involved in two assignmentsRequirementsClear structuring of complex ideasInternational mindsetTeam spiritStrong analytical skills and interpersonal skillsOpenness to learn, inquire, and a desire to grow your skill setFluency in Italian and English – a third language is a plus.French is a strong plusFor more information, you can contactPlease consider applying even if you do not have some of the essential requirements described above, explaining why you nevertheless feel you are able to undertake the role as described.#J-*****-Ljbffr
