Quality Control Engineer

Energy Dome is a company with revolutionary technology for large scale and long duration energy storage.Our proprietary technology is based on a thermodynamic process that uses CO2 to store electricity cost-effectively with unprecedented round-trip efficiencies.The simplicity of the process as well as the use of readily available off-the-shelf equipments opens the way for Energy Dome to quickly become an important player in the energy storage market.Our organization, made up of bright young engineers and professionals from all over the world, is constantly growing and today we are looking for a: Quality Control Engineer with a solid understanding of industrial, power or chemical plant quality control principles, and a deep desire to be an active contributor in the energy transition industry.Quality Control Engineer will report to the Quality Control Manager .Previous experience in QC Engineering roles withing Enginering/Manufacturing site or similar industry, or experience in QC activity in a similar field, would be preferred.We count on you for: Support Energy Dome in its growth and challenges, bringing fresh nourishments to our ideas and a courageous critical spirit.Be remarkable in your role, bringing knowledge, mentoring younger people and becoming a reliable reference point for the whole company.You can count on us for: Be part of and contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime journey within an innovative company with a groundbreaking technology that will change the world.Have fun within a dynamic, international and young team and enjoy amazing company perks such as carbon-free bonuses, welfare, sustainable team buildings, professional trainings and much moreRole and Responsibilities: Creation, review and/or approval of Project Inspection and Test Plans, based on contractual requirement and internal standards Review and approval of preliminary vendor's procedures like welding book, NDE procedure, PWHT procedure, Hardness Test procedure, etc...Review and approval of Inspection and Test Records including Final Manufacturing Record books (MRB), issuing Inspection Release Note at time Coordinate external inspectors for assignment on all global scale Manage internal and external NCR aspects including creation, discussion and closure Carry out inspection activities directly (when needed) during the manufacturing progress as well as at final stage, by performing VDI and/or attending other inspections tasks like NDE, hydrostatic test, etc...Provide QC support to all internal/external customers, by managing correspondence and keeping a good and productive relationship Ensure that Company QC Targets are reached Act proactively by anticipating potential issue, with the aim to be aligned with delivery date Promote the Company culture as well as QHSE policy Promote a health, safe and environmentally responsible working environment Required Qualifications and Knowledge: Master's degree is a plus;
