Would you be interested in joining the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) as an interim via Randstad Italia?If you have a good proficiency in English and previous experience in Transparency Regulation and Confidentiality Assessment, this could be your chance to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment.We are looking for a Legal Confidentiality Assessment Assistant to work in the LA Unit.EFSA is committed to supporting the careers of people with visible and invisible disabilities that are encouraged to apply to Randstad open positions to be deployed at EFSA.The purpose of EFSA is to be globally accessible to any person regardless of their age, gender, culture, or ability, to foster the greatest degree of independence.The interim will:Support the confidentiality assessment by processing confidentiality claimsDraft confidentiality decisions and implement themEnsure coordination, quality check, and support for engagement activities with external and internal stakeholdersPerform legal research and analysis and monitor compliance with legal/regulatory deadlinesSupport the provision of legal advice in the confidentiality area and the update of internal working documents and templates (e.g. communication templates, decisions)Requirements:Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level)Previous experience in Food Law, Transparency Regulation, European Law and/or Confidentiality AssessmentDegree in Law, European Law, Food Law and/or related fieldsBehavioural competencies: working with others, analysis and problem solving, drive for results, good level of autonomyAssignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extension.Expected duration of assignment: 12 months.Salary: approx.€**** per month before taxes.Work modalities: office work is required on at least 2 days per week.Remote work is possible within 2 hours from EFSA's premises in Parma, Italy, for the remaining days.Please, provide an English Europass template CV.#J-*****-Ljbffr
