Descrizione dell'aziendaBMD opera sul mercato da oltre 25 anni, unendo le esperienze dei suoi soci fondatori maturate in aziende multinazionali nei settori della filtrazione, delle attrezzature di sicurezza e dell'integrazione di sistemi per gli ambiti industriale, aeronautico e militare.Oltre ai servizi tradizionali legati alla purificazione e alla filtrazione, l'azienda si è espansa verso lo sviluppo di sistemi integrati di protezione, filtrazione e rilevamento per il settore civile e militare.Negli anni BMD è diventata leader nel campo della difesa contro aggressori non convenzionali, rappresentando un punto di riferimento nel mercato tecnologico avanzato.Il team è composto da figure altamente qualificate, orientate all'eccellenza e all'innovazione.Descrizione del ruoloStiamo cercando un Product Manager per il nostro team nella Greater Rome Metropolitan Area.In questa posizione a tempo pieno e in sede, ti occuperai di gestire il ciclo di vita dei prodotti, dalla fase di sviluppo a quella di lancio sul mercato.Collaborerai con i team di progettazione, produzione e marketing per identificare le esigenze del cliente e tradurle in soluzioni innovative.Sarai responsabile della definizione della strategia di prodotto, della supervisione dei test tecnici e del monitoraggio delle performance di mercato per garantire il successo commerciale.Esperienza in gestione del ciclo di vita del prodotto e sviluppo di strategie di marketing legate al prodotto.Competenze in gestione dei progetti e coordinamento dei team interfunzionali, incluse capacità di definire priorità e rispettare le scadenze.Conoscenza avanzata nel settore della filtrazione, integrazione di sistemi e tecnologie di sicurezza.Capacità analitiche per interpretare dati di mercato e individuare opportunità di crescita.Ottime competenze comunicative, negoziali e di problem-solving per facilitare le collaborazioni interne ed esterne.La conoscenza della lingua inglese e di altre lingue straniere rappresenta un'ulteriore risorsa utile.#J-*****-Ljbffr
