Context & Environment TotalEnergies has been present in Italy for over 70 years.Its activities encompass the entire energy sector, operating through various Business Units spread across the country.TotalEnergies Italia Servizi is the subsidiary that provides tailored professional services to all Business Units in Italy, ensuring professionalism, sustainability, and progress.At TotalEnergies, we invest in people and in developing their talent.We consider safety, health, and respect for human rights our priorities.Hence, we are committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and innovative professional environment where collaboration and listening are part of our model.We place people at the center, ensuring a balance between work and private life, promoting flexibility and well-being, company welfare, meal vouchers, within a culture that celebrates success and shares moments of conviviality.TotalEnergies will review the received applications, giving care and attention to the values of Diversity and Inclusion.ActivitiesFIXED-TERM CONTRACTThe job holder ensures the proper execution of materials purchasing operations in full compliance with Company rules (including TGP referential), JV agreements, and applicable laws and regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance & SafetyApply Company and affiliate General Terms and Conditions for material / equipment purchases.Guarantee all safety requirements (testing, certifications, identification) per Company and local standards.Maintain accurate documentation and approvals in line with procedures.Purchasing OperationsManage materials master data and purchase requisitions.Prepare tender packages, organize RFQs, and lead negotiations.Issue contractual documents (POs, RTAs) and monitor PO lifecycle until delivery and payment.Resolve discrepancies and amendments with suppliers and Métier Partners.Strategic & System ManagementApply materials management policies and SAP systems.Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.H3SE ComplianceTake preventive measures against hazards and ensure alignment with H3SE rules and legislation.Candidate ProfileUniversity graduateProfessional experience in purchasing goods and / or services, preferably within the petroleum industryStrong personal abilities in human relations, problem solving, and planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling activitiesFluent in English and ItalianAdditional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.ApplyFacebookEmailLinkedIn#J-*****-Ljbffr
