Olsa is a manufacturing and engineering Company specializing in the design, development and manufacturing of high technology, durable equipment, including complete production systems for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic and fine chemicals industries.The primary business of the Company refers to the design, production, installation and commissioning of equipment that are at the core components of the main production processes.#Senior Mechanical Designer – Pressure Vessels & Mixing Systems#This is a hands-on senior role with a strong design focusing where quality, compliance and a "right-first-time" mindset make the difference.You'll contribute to product standardization, simplification and scalability, supporting growing production volumes in a regulated, high-impact environment.Review User Requirement Specifications (URS) to identify applicable legal and regulatory requirementsDesign pressure vessels and tanks for new and existing product linesDesign of mechanical items such as mixers, lifting systems and steel structuresKeep the product portfolio up to date with the latest normative and regulatory changesDrive design standardization and simplification to reduce product complexityCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure efficient and robust design processesMaintain and improve design standards, checklists and procedures#Professional proficiency in EnglishHands-on experience with 3D CAD tools (Solidworks preferred) and production drawings#Degree or High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline~Experience in pressure vessel design will be considered as a plus
