Country ItalyDescription Four Corners, recruiter specializzato nella ricerca e selezione di professional e manager nei settori Fashion, Luxury e Lifestyle, per prestigiosa Maison, ricerca:Product Development Director | Leather GoodsLa figura, riportando alla Direzione Operations, dirigerà e coordinerà tutte le attività riguardanti l'area dello sviluppo del prodotto Leather Goods (e progetti speciali) comprese le fasi di prototipazione, campionatura e costing.Coordinando i Manager (e i relativi team) responsabili delle varie funzioni coinvolte nello sviluppo del prodotto, il/la candidato/a avrà frequenti rapporti sia con la Direzione Creativa e i vari Designer e sia con il Merchandising, supervisionerà i fornitori (italiani) e collaborerà a stretto contatto con l'industrializzazione e la scelta/sviluppo delle Materie Prime al fine di realizzare le collezioni che rispecchino il più possibile l'idea creativa dei designer, l'ottimizzazione dei tempi e dei costi garantendo l'altissima qualità del Brand richiesta dalla Maison.Competenze richieste:Ottima conoscenza tecnica della pelletteria segmento luxury.Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di Product Development Manager o Director.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e/o francese.Eccellenti capacità organizzative, del tempo e delle priorità, problem solving.Leadership e capacità di lavoro di squadra.Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte (sia sul territorio nazionale che internazionale).Sede di lavoro: ToscanaL'annuncio è rivolto a candidati ambosessi (L. ******) – Aegis Srl, AUT.MIN.Prot.***** D.
