On behalf of a renowned High Luxury Brand active in High Jewelry & Haute Horlogerie, we are recruiting the following profile to join their HQ in Rome:GLOBAL CLIENT STRATEGY & DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORResponsibilities:Shape and lead the global client strategy, driving High End client engagement, loyalty and long-term value creationDevelop and expand the global High End client portfolio, focusing on acquisition, retention, elevation and conversion of top-tier clientsEnsure effective governance of the High End client database, guaranteeing data accuracy and collaborating closely with CRM, IT and Data Compliance teamsContinuously enhance the global client experience and journey, in partnership with key stakeholders at both central and market levelDesign customized client journeys and define go-to-market and follow-up action plans for priority client segmentsPlay a central role in the conception and execution of international High End client eventsOversee client targeting strategies and analyze performance and results linked to global eventsLead and develop a team of 3–4 professionals and foster the global Client Development community across markets The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:University degree in Business Management or a related disciplineAt least 10 years' experience in Client Strategy, Client Development or Clienteling, preferably within Luxury, High Jewelry or Haute Horlogerie, in an international environmentHighly business-oriented with a strong focus on client needs and relationshipsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholdersFluency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is considered a plusPrevious experience or exposure to the Asian market will be regarded as a strong asset
