It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair and supportive work environment.As Project Engineer, You Will Join Our Department Of Project Management, In The Business Line Energy Carriers, Conducting The Following ActivitiesCoordinates the preparation of reporting for specific activities of the project execution as defined, case by case, by the PMAssists the Project Manager during project planning, e.g. preparation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project procedures and plansAssists in the allocation resources and in the assessment of the man-hours required in order to prepare/update the Project Mobilization Plan (PMP)Coordinates specific activities (internal or external to the project), related but not limited to project management, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, at home office or at sitePrepares the Project External Interfaces Management Procedure and identifies, categorizes and manages the Project External InterfacesPrepares the Project Risk Management Plan, manages the risk assessment and risk response activities issuing and quarterly updating the Project Risk RegisterPrepares the Vendor Assistance on Site Procedure, manages the Project Vendor Assistance on site from the notification of Vendor intervention until the completion of the Vendor services, monitoring costs, reviewing the schedule of the interventions, reporting periodically on the status and criticalities of the activitiesPrepares the Project Guarantee Claims Management Procedure with Vendors and – during the guarantee period - ensure the fulfilment of the guarantee requirements by Vendor.
