We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to both the CEO and the Chief Product Officer.Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel for both executives.• Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal teams, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.• Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.• Draft and proofread emails, communications, and documents on behalf of the executives.• 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in fashion, luxury, or creative industries.• Excellent command of English and Italian (spoken and written).• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools.• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the dynamic needs of top executives.• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
