Business Development Manager – ItalyLocation: Milan, ItalyEmployment Type: Full-timeStart Date: ImmediateCompany IntroductionCotti Coffee was founded in ****, with its headquarters located in Beijing and Tianjin, China.Currently, it has opened over 18,000 stores in more than 300 cities across 28 countries worldwide.Driven by technology for transformation, Cotti Coffee upholds the brand philosophy of"Good Coffee Comes from Good Ingredients."The company is committed to providing customers with high-quality, cost-effective, and convenient products, as well as a young and fashionable brand experience.Cotti Coffee is the global sponsor of the Argentina national football team.In ****, the company won 8 IIAC Gold Awards, marking its third consecutive year of winning since its establishment in October ****.Following its remarkable growth across Asia and other global markets, Cotti Coffee is now rapidly expanding in Europe, with Italy as a key strategic focus in its international development.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to join our Italy team.This role will play a critical part in expanding Cotti Coffee's retail network, developing new business partnerships, and supporting the establishment of both franchise and self-operated stores across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage business partnerships to support the company's market entry and retail expansion.Lead site sourcing, negotiation, and contract signing for new store openings.Maintain and update the database of potential and existing business partners, analyze cooperation opportunities and market data.Assist partners with site evaluation and development process to ensure successful store setup.Independently manage the development of company-operated (direct) stores, from location scouting to store launch.Collaborate closely with the headquarters and regional management team to align business strategy and performance goals.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields.2–5 years of experience in business development, retail expansion, or franchise management.Proven track record in retail or food & beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.Fluent in both Italian and Chinese (Mandarin) for daily business communication.Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.Must hold a valid work visa or residence permit in Italy (the company cannot provide sponsorship).Ability to work independently, with a result-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.Familiarity with Italian retail market and commercial property landscape is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Legal employment under Italian labor law with standard benefits.Opportunity to participate in building Cotti Coffee's European network from the ground up.Dynamic international working environment with close collaboration with the global team.Development StageCotti Coffee is entering a rapid expansion phase in Europe, with Italy serving as one of its most important markets.This position provides an exceptional opportunity to take part in early-stage market development, where your performance will directly influence the company's long-term growth and brand presence in the region.How to ApplyPlease send your English and Chinese CV to:Job Types: Full-time, ContractContract length: 24 monthsPay: €2, €2,****** per month
