Società multinazionale con sede a Cusano Milanino Head of Legal e ComplianceAziendaRealtà multinazionale con sede a Cusano Milanino.OffertaIl candidato prescelto sarà chiamato a svolgere le seguenti attività:rivedere e negoziare contratti e accordi con terze parti la posizione e gli interessi dell'aziendafornire consulenza su questioni legali e normative ai diversi reparti aziendaligestire e risolvere questioni legali, col supporto di un legale esternomantenere rapporti con studi legali esterni, autorità o altre parti interessateidentificare e ridurre al minimo i rischi legali associati alle operazioni aziendali, in conformità alle linee guida e strategie aziendaligestire eventuali contenziosi con clienti/fornitori/partnersconfrontarsi con casamadre per la gestione di contenziosi con coinvolgano anche Germaniasupportare l'azienda nella formazione del personale interno sugli aspetti legali degli accordi commercialigestire le risorse di volta in volta coinvolte, assicurando che le attività siano svolte in modo efficientegarantire che l'azienda rispetti tutte le leggi e regolamenti applicabili, assumendo impegni sostenibili dalla stessapredisporre procedure e processi a supporto dei modelli di Business dell'azienda in conformità agli impegni e obbligazioni assunteCompetenze ed esperienzaRequisiti richiesti:laurea in Giurisprudenzaabilitazione all'esercizio della professione forense (3-5 PQE)esperienza consolidata in diritto societario (contrattualistica e compliance) presso Studio Legale e/o aziendaottima conoscenza della lingua ingleseCompleta l'offertaOttima opportunità di carriera#J-*****-Ljbffr
