Riguardo al Ruolo Gessi è alla ricerca di un Sales & Project Manager proattivo e orientato al risultato, che avrà l'obiettivo di gestire e sviluppare il business nell'area di Bergamo, Brescia e Cremona, ampliando e mantenendo relazioni con i partner locali e potenziando lo sviluppo del canale Project.Responsabilità Riportando direttamente all'Area Manager Nord Italia, la risorsa avrà responsabilità di: Crescita del fatturato, dei margini e del mix di prodotto venduto dell'area di riferimento ( Bergamo, Brescia, Cremona); Sviluppo e gestione delle relazioni con responsabili e venditori delle sale mostra; Creazione e sviluppo di relazioni con attori mondo project (specifier); Promozione e rappresentazione dei valori etici e dell'immagine di Gessi con i colleghi e verso l'esterno; Partecipare alle routine commerciali definite ; Organizzare esupportare le visite in showroom; Supporto nei principali eventi organizzati localmente.Requisiti Flessibilità su tutta l'area di competenza (Brescia, Bergamo, Cremona); Laurea triennale; 3+ anni di esperienza in ruoli commerciali maturata in aziende di arredo bagno, design, arredamento, ceramiche, illuminazione; Spiccata attitudine commerciale; Intraprendenza e attitudine alla relazione; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2); Ottime doti organizzative e di Team work; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
