Il nostro cliente è una primaria realtà internazionale leader nei servizi di consulenza tecnico-ingegneristica e testing per il settore energia; è alla ricerca di un/una Group Payroll Shared Service Manager per guidare la governance del servizio Payroll & HR Administration a livello multi-country (Europa e Stati Uniti).Sede di Lavoro: Milano, con trasferte all'esteroPrincipali responsabilitàGestire la relazione end-to-end con i fornitori dei servizi HR e Payroll, garantendo rispetto di tempi e standard qualitativi.Monitorare SLA e OLA per assicurare performance elevate e qualità costante del servizio.Sviluppare e aggiornare procedure operative e documentazione di riferimento.Supervisionare la reportistica globale centralizzata, consolidando dati relativi a payroll, assenze, straordinari e KPI chiave.Gestire revisioni di servizio periodiche, escalation, richieste di modifica e iniziative di miglioramento continuo.Individuare e implementare soluzioni di automazione per incrementare efficienza e ridurre attività manuali.Promuovere la standardizzazione e ottimizzazione dei processi a livello internazionale.Laurea con indirizzo tecnicoAlmeno 8 anni di esperienza in ambito HR Administration / Payroll, con significativa esposizione multi-country.Solida esperienza nella governance di servizi BPO e nella gestione delle performance.Conoscenza dei processi end-to-end di payroll, principi di diritto del lavoro UE/nazionale, GDPR e framework di controllo SOX.Ottima padronanza dell'inglese (livello C1) e buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e del sistema Zucchetti.Completano il profilo: attenzione ai dettagli, problem solving, comunicazione chiara e capacità di gestire relazioni interculturali.#J-*****-Ljbffr
