Grow@Hilti Program is our development program with real responsibility from day one.What You'll doGrow@Hilti program – Engineering track is a development program like no other. Over a two-year and half period we'll prepare you for a managerial career by putting you at the center of our customer-focused business model. It's fast paced and challenging, but we'll coach and mentor you while broadening you experience through a range of tasks and impactful activities. The program is split into three main stages of work:18 monthsas Account Manager or HS Representative. You'll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business – our customers, products, services and software.9 monthsas Field Engineer. You will be working with our customers, sales teams, contractors, and designers. This involves educating critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of Hilti products and, to securing their specification in the designs.3 monthson a regional strategic project on Engineering Marketing, Engineering Competence Center or PMO.
