JoiningTNP's Financial Services team , you will collaborate with the Top Management and/or the operational departments (Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Finance, Commercial Department, Investments, etc.) of main Banking market players in their strategic and business transformation projects.WHO WE AREBased in Milan,TNP Italiais a consulting company specialized in managingtransformationandperformance optimization programs .TNP Italia is part of TNP Group, created in ****, that is a hybrid, and independent consulting firm , specialized in operational and digital transformation of companies in the sectors ofindustry & services, banking, insurance and public sector .We are present in more than 10 countries such as France, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, India, Morocco and US.TNP Italia, born in ****, is currently supportingkey playersinautomotive, retail, fashion & luxury and transport sectors , while developing its banking and insurance presence within the Italian market.Driven by strong growth, we are constantly looking for new talents to support our development and deliver value and quality to our customers.HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEConsulting missionBe part of a team of consultants and actively participate to clients' missions:Crunching data and preparing analysis resultsHelping in producing deliverables for the clientsDeveloping client relationships by meeting with them regularly to assess their needs and progressSupporting the preparation of project committeesBusiness DevelopmentPreparation and strategical study of sector/client stakes, benchmarking, and evaluation of external partnerships.Communication & MarketingParticipation to brand awareness improvement through social media strategy and content creation, participation and organization of events.WHO YOU AREMaster's degree in Management Engineering or EconomicsExperience (2+ years) in Risk & Regulation projects within the leading consulting firms or the main Banking market playersKnowledge of Basel and EBA-ECB regulatory frameworks (ICAAP, ILAAP)Knowledge of Credit risk management policy, rating models for retail and corporate clients, processes and proceduresKnowledge of the MIFID II, ESG and sustainability impacts on Banking industryExperiences in the implementation of the Risk Governance frameworkEstimation process of Credit Provisions, local and international accounting principles will be considered as a plusExperience in complex regulatory transforming projectsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office suiteKnowledge of analytics tools such as Python, SAS, R, Matlab, and data visualization tools (Power BI) is also highly appreciatedProactive with excellent initiative, autonomous and results orientedExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in complex work processes involving multiple parallel demandsRigorous and pragmatic with good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skillsExcellent level of Italian and English.Knowledge of a third language (French/Spanish...) will be considered as a plusPassion for consultingWHY TO JOIN TNP ITALIAStart-up environment supported by a structured international groupEach opinion counts: here at TNP Italia, your voice will be heardDynamic team in which innovation is the main driver in all of our activities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
