Business Intelligence SpecialistJoin our world and transform with us.As a Business Intelligence Specialist, your challenge will be supporting the technical and application delivery of Business Intelligence projects.You will perform analysis and development activities using Data Visualization technologies, either within specific projects or as part of ongoing services provided to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze business requirements, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of specifications.Analyze data sources and implement data design services with expertise and methodology in Data Modeling.Develop performance analysis systems, interactive reports, and analytical dashboards using technologies such as QlikView, QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI, and SAP BO.Elaborate analyses and represent results by implementing the most effective metrics to build valid tools for business decision support.Extract and synthetically represent complex analyses created by other professionals (e.g., Data Scientist, Data Governance expert, Data Architect, Data Project Manager).Commensurate with your seniority, demonstrate and evolve the ability to build relationships with clients, technology vendors, and partners.Ensure the optimal processing of your analysis results and communicate them effectively to colleagues and clients.Coordinate junior analysts within complex teams.Required Skills & ExperienceMaster's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related STEM disciplines.Previous experience with at least one Data Visualization technology (e.g., PowerBI, QlikSense, Tableau, Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BO, IBM Cognos).Prior experience developing BI solutions, including building interactive, appealing front-end interfaces and designing complex data models for required KPI construction.Knowledge of at least one Big Data processing and extraction technology (Hive, Pig, Flume, Sqoop, basic Python).Familiarity with key Cloud provider services (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS) typically involved in BI platform design (BigQuery, DataFlow, Synapse Analytics, Azure Analysis Services, Data Factory, Data Bricks, etc.).Excellent knowledge and proficiency in SQL.Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.Preferred QualificationsAbility to create stored procedures and SQL functions.Advanced MS Excel skills (VBA programming).Proficiency in SAS Base/Guide, Python, R, Java, C++, Javascript/HTML, PHP.Certification in at least one BI product among PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense, Looker, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Cognos.Previous experience developing BI solutions based on major Cloud Providers (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, AWS).Knowledge of
