ADVISORY• Contribute to analysing and providing basic technical advice on communications and intake matters where there is potential litigation risk.• Contribute to advising OIGI investigation teams on ongoing investigations relating to challenges occurring during the investigative process, interpretation of the OIGI framework, WFP or UN policies, or other potential litigation risks.• Under guidance, review and advise OIGI colleagues on OIGI reports and other OIGI work products to ensure evidential sufficiency and professional standards.• Contribute to investigations work by participating in investigations and drafting OIGI work products.• Other duties as assigned.2. FRAMEWORK:• Assist with the development and update of the OIGI operational framework (policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and templates) including challenges to the status quo.• Keep abreast of relevant WFP and UN policies and decisions of administrative tribunals and assist in communicating to OIGI employees when these have a direct impact on the work of OIGI.• Assist in providing and coordinating feedback on WFP policies that have an oversight dimension.3.
