Logical Job, società specializzata in consulenza HR con un forte orientamento nella Valorizzazione del Capitale umano, ricerca per impianto logistico in provincia di Lodi un Responsabile operativo Logistico.La figura sarà responsabile del coordinamento e del monitoraggio delle attività legate alla spedizione delle merci, assicurando puntualità ed efficienza.PosizioneTipicamente l'attività si svolge in sito e le tue mansioni saranno:Coordinamento delle spedizioni nazionali;- Monitoraggioin tempo reale dello stato delle spedizioni;- Collaborazione con clienti e trasportatori per garantire la corretta pianificazione delle attività;- Gestione dei documenti di trasporto e aggiornamento dei sistemi informatici;- Supervisione del personale operativo addetto alle spedizioni;- Gestione di reclami e problematiche logistiche, assicurando il rispetto delle normative vigenti;- Pianificazione delle spedizioni secondo le priorità aziendali e del cliente.RequisitiSai cosa ricerchiamo?Ricerchiamo risorse strutturate, con voglia di crescere e lavorare in squadra.Queste sono alcune delle caratteristiche che valutiamo in fase di colloquio:- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo;- Diploma o laurea in ambito logistico, economico o affine;- Capacità di utilizzo di software gestionali per la logistica;- Conoscenza della lingua inglese per la gestione di fornitori e documentazione;- Ottime doti organizzative, problem solving e precisione;- Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione e disponibilità a straordinari;- Flessibilità, professionalità e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.- Conoscenza dell'uso del carrello semovente.Altre informazioniSiamo sicuri che sei curioso di quello che offriamo:·Contratto a tempo indeterminato, inserimento diretto in azienda;·CCNL TRASPORTI E LOGISTICA, LIVELLO COMMISURATO ALL'ESPERIENZA DEL CANDIDATO;·Luogodi lavoro: zona di LODI.
