Customer Success Manager – PenteraCasalnuovo di Napoli, Campania, ITALYMust be based in ItalyMust speak Italian, Spanish and English – native level*Please send your resume in EnglishAccelerate Your Career in CybersecurityAs a leader in Automated Security Validation, we help businesses around the world safely emulate real-world attacks to uncover their vulnerabilities.At Pentera, you will be at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, working on advanced tools that challenge organizations defenses and push the limits of security testing.With over 400 team members and 1,100+ customers in more than 50 countries, Pentera is a growing company supported by top investors like Insight Partners, K1, and The Blackstone Group.If you are looking to grow your skills, make a difference, and be part of an innovative team, Pentera is the place for you.About the roleWe are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Italy, who will be responsible for maintaining and expanding Penteras relationship with a portfolio of customers in the Iberia region.The ideal candidate would be experienced in Customer Success Management in the Cyber Security Industry, with a strong technical and commercial orientation and the ability to custom-tailor solutions for a variety of scenarios.Passionate about delivering a great customer experience and well versed in handling complex customer needs.A positive and energetic person with the hunger to grow business and make an impact at an organization set on becoming the number one player in the Security Risk Validation space.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOperate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accountsRepresent the company at customer accounts and voice customers needs internally ensuring customer expectations are metEstablish productive and close relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts, maintaining regular meetings (both onsite and remote) with customersForecast and track key account metricsSeek growth & sales opportunities within the portfolio of accountsTake ownership of commercial activities with all assigned accountsDevelop technical understanding with Penteras productMaintain close collaboration with our Sales team as a supporting role, facilitating opportunities while keeping our clients highly engagedClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersManage ad-hoc queries from customer accountsMaintain all information about customer activity within the CRM platformTravel to on-site business review meetings with targeted customer accountsRequirements5+ years of previous experience as a Customer Success Manager, part of a global organization, managing global accountsExperience in a Cyber Security company, preferably a startupExperience in managing RenewalsDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelStrong technical, analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailMotivation, proactiveness, ability to work independently and as a part of a teamSpanish and English: FluentEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse and talented workforce.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, colour, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, medical condition, disability, or any other class or characteristic protected by applicable law.We welcome candidates from all backgrounds to join us#J-*****-Ljbffr
