Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and execute local marketing activity for Aethos Monterosa. This hands-on position focuses on content creation, social media, storytelling, and supporting campaigns tailored to the destination's mountain lifestyle, outdoor culture, and target audience. You will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing – Italy and central Brand & Marketing team, ensuring Monterosa's story is communicated consistently across channels. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & StorytellingCreate and gather destination-appropriate content for editorial, social, and property touchpointsSupport photography/video shoots and asset collection on propertyAssist in newsletters, promotions, and seasonal communicationsSocial Media & CommunitySupport day-to-day social media managementAssist with posting calendars and community engagementMonitor reviews and support guest interactionDigital & CollateralHelp maintain fresh website content and digital assetsSupport production of on-property materialsPR & InfluencersAssist with logistics for media and influencer visitsEvents & ActivationsSupport local events and activations, including coordination and post-event reportingYour Requirements And QualificationsFluent in English and Italian2+ years' experience in marketing or hospitalityStrong organisational and content-creation skillsComfortable producing photo/video content on mobileFamiliarity with Canva; Adobe/Figma a plusProactive and collaborativeWhat We OfferAttractive development opportunities in a high-growth environment, domestically and internationallyFamily & Friends hotel rateWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
