TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey.Our expertise includes full service-capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.\About this roleh3>TFS HealthScience is seeking a highly flexible, board-certified Paediatrician with specialist expertise in rare diseases, particularly Achondroplasia, to support an upcoming series of Bid Defense Meetings.In this freelance role, you'll play a key part in shaping proposals by contributing expert insight during protocol development and representing our clinical team during high level sponsor meetings.Your knowledge and presence will be instrumental in demonstrating our depth of expertise and reinforcing confidence in our capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership : Act as a key scientific advisor in bid defense meetings (BDM), RFP responses, and proposal development, ensuring compelling and medically sound strategies.Scientific Advocacy : Represent TFS at client meetings, industry conferences, and scientific events, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted CRO partner.Study Design & Protocol Development : Provide expert input on trial design, patient recruitment, and regulatory strategy to optimize study success.QualificationsMedical Degree.Board-certified in Paediatrics.Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements (FDA / EMA).Business acumen : Proven ability to support business development with a strategic, client-focused approach.Exceptional communicator : Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.A Bit More About UsOur journey began over 25 years ago in Sweden, in the city of Lund.As a global CRO with the ultimate goal of ensuring patients' safety and well-being, we provide biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies with tailored clinical development solutions.We currently operate in 17 countries across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.Our core values of Trust, Quality, Flexibility and Passion are what make TFS Healthscience the successful company it is today.Our values shape our culture and work ethic.They reflect what we stand for and guide our organization.#Together we make a difference#J-*****-Ljbffr
